We are pleased to welcome Ancel into our Perth Managed IT Services team looking after our growing customer portfolio. Joining the team late last month, we are excited to see Ancel already receiving fantastic feedback from both his peers and customers.
Fresh out of university, Ancel is armed with a double degree in Business Information Technology and Commerce. Ancel’s goals are to leverage his studies and prior experience in working towards becoming a system administrator for Epic IT. Having already started his journey, we are very excited to watch this talented man progress his career and reach his goals with us.
While Ancel has a natural ability to troubleshoot and help people, he is also very active in sports such as mixed martial arts (MMA) and weightlifting. A perfect way to unwind from a hard day’s work in IT!

From the first moment we met Ancel, we noticed his ability in taking a pragmatic approach to troubleshooting while being a natural communicator. This is a key quality to have when providing technical consultation. An ability that take some people many years to master, or longer.
