Excited to announce that Ben has joined our Perth Managed IT Services team to support our growing customer base. Joining the team only earlier this month, Ben has already been working on service tickets with our service desk team and forging great relationships with our customers.
Having recently completed his Diploma in Information Technology, Ben is leveraging his studies and previous work experiences to further build his IT support skills and experience to deliver exceptional Managed IT Services to our customers.
While Ben is a very professional, natural and confident communicator when speaking amongst his colleagues and our customers, he is also a very active reader and creative writer in his spare time while enjoying the odd online game or two.

We met Ben at a TAFE project presentation earlier this year. One of the core assessments for final year students is for them to pitch and present a simulated infrastructure implementation project to a real life industry review panel, of which Epic IT are frequently a part of. We quickly noticed that Ben is a natural speaker and has fantastic composure when communicating with key stake holders and as such, would be a tremendous asset to the team. We really look forward to helping Ben further his technical skills and client facing experience in a Managed IT Service environment. Welcome to the team mate!
