Cris joins our customer success management team

Last week, we had the pleasure of this gentleman joining our ranks. Cris is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry experience, who will be contributing to managing our customer enablement, leadership and success!

This talented account manager, has worked for a number of managed service providers (MSP’s) over many years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our operations at Epic IT. Cris has a strong client focus and operates as if he works for the client when it comes to recommending technology solutions for business improvement. Cris has worked with a variety of industries which range from corporate, mining, local government and education, and has a good understanding of IT trends and technologies in those industries.

When Cris isnt helping his customers kick goals, he spends time with his young family. On the topic of kicking goals, this avid Fremantle Dockers supporter loves his footy and can sometimes be seen sneaking in a quick online gaming session between AFL matches.
