Team Epic goes +1 again as Mark joins our service desk team

Epic IT is pleased to announce Mark has joined our Managed IT Service team to support our fantastic managed IT customers. Joining the team only a few weeks ago, Mark has already received fantastic feedback from our customers, along with his new peers.

Mark brings to the team a broad background of experience spanning many industries. He is a recent graduate of Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) @ North Metro TAFE. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Digital Design degree, as well as a Diploma of Civil and Structural Engineering. Mark is now looking to continue his career in Managed IT Services, with Epic IT.

As a man who loves his FAST cars and FAST bikes, this motoring enthusiast has already made a positive FAST impression on our managed IT service desk and we are lucky to have Mark onboard.
