We are pleased to welcome Zheng into our account management / VCIO team looking after our growing customer portfolio. Joining the Perth Managed IT Services team in late October 2021, we are excited to see Zheng already working closely with our customers, in aligning IT with their business goals to drive further success!
Having worked previously at another Perth managed IT services company in business development, Zheng brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Epic IT team. Over the next 12 months, Zheng will not only be delivering VCIO, account management and IT strategy services to our customers but he will also be playing a key role in helping develop new managed IT service offerings. Solutions that will provide more secure and collaborative systems to our customers and help streamline internal Epic IT processes.
Zheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University and over 13 years of BDM experience. He loves his sports and fantasy leagues, which resonates well with the rest of the team!

Having someone with Zheng’s experience, skillset and drive is a massive boost to Epic IT’s account management and VCIO vision. Not only will Zheng deliver a very polished service to our MSA customers, but he is going to play a key role in helping further develop Epic IT’s internal processes around VCIO and Account Management. This is very exciting and marks a big milestone for the company, now having multiple account management staff managing our growing client portfolio. In addition to all of this, he is also just a great bloke. Welcome to the team Zheng.
